Meet Heather & John Seal

We’re Heather and John Seal, a husband-and-wife real estate team at Downtown Realty. We’re both Washington Parish natives—Heather is from Bogalusa, and John is from Franklinton. Through Seal Properties, we help buyers and sellers throughout the parish, with service also available in St. Tammany and Tangipahoa parishes.

We believe a good working relationship starts with listening. Whether you’re buying a home, selling property, or looking for acreage, we want to understand your priorities, answer your questions, and help you make informed decisions. Working together allows us to bring two perspectives and personal attention to your plans.
